- Foreign Nationality
- Applicants must meet at least one of the following requirements
ⅰ. Completed the 9 year-course of school education outside Japan
ⅱ. Completed the 9 year-course of school education non-Japanese school in Japan
ⅲ. Graduated from Japanese Junior High School ( maximum 3 years residence in Japan )
